PRIVACY
We do not store credit card details, nor do we share customer details with
any third parties.
Delivery & Shipping
Purchases are normally shipped within one working day of the order.
If an item is out of stock, you will be notified by email. Please
include your email address with your order.
For shipments in the UK we use first class post, which normally takes
between one and three days. Insurance is available at extra cost.
Please ask when ordering if you require this option.
If you require signature proof of delivery, it is available at extra cost.
Please ask when ordering if you require this option.
For shipments outside the UK, you will be contacted by a representative to
establish your wishes with regards to time frame, signature proof and
insurance prior to us shipping your order.
Warranty & Returns
We guarantee all our products to be free from defects and will replace any
defective product at no charge. We will ship any replacement items after
receiving the defective item at our address. You are responsible for
shipping costs involved in returning the item to us.
We do not accept returns on items other than defective items.
If you order something by mistake, it can be cancelled providing you send an
email to barkingjones@gmail.com
stating the error and your wish to cancel. This email MUST be sent
within 4 hours of the order to ensure your order is not shipped beforehand.
SEMINAR REFUNDS
We hope you understand that when we plan seminars and workshops, that
venues, caterers and speakers require firm commitments ( in the form of
non-refundable deposits )from us in order to secure their services on the
dates we require. With that in mind we have established the following
policies for refunding registration fees paid to us.
If you email or phone us within the following time frames you will receive
a partial refund as follows:
- 90% of fees paid – more than 3 months from date of event.
- 75% of fees paid - more than 2 months but less than three months from
date of event.
- 50% of fees paid – more than one month but less than two months from date
of event.
No refunds are given less than one month from the event.
